We have used Blue Star for several years and they're great. Richard is really helpful - even assisting with design work, when we get the settings wrong! Most recently, we needed new gift vouchers and voucher holders for The Ashgrove Clinic but unfortunately only had one physical copy available (we couldn't find the artwork!). Blue Star Print Solutions made the job painless by not only creating the print ready artwork (just by looking at the physical copy), but also by sourcing the specific paper we wanted them printed on.
