New Customer Info

Please note the following order process

  1. ORDER: This can be sent to your personal contact at Blue Star Print or if you're a portal customer, directly from your login.
  2. ARTWORK: Again sent with your order, emailed to your personal contact or uploaded to the item in your portal.
  3. CONFIRMATION: We'll send you back a confirmation on what we'll be printing and where we'll be delivering.
  4. PROOF: Where requested, we'll send a ripped proof back to you to approve.
  5. PAYMENT: A Pro-Forma invoice will be sent out prior to despatch, please make payment by bank transfer. If you require an account with us for future work, please complete an account form found here and send back to your personal contact via email.
  6. PRODUCTION: Once the proof has been approved, we'll start producing your work.
  7. DELIVERY: We'll advise a despatch date and arrange for the goods to be sent to the above delivery address.
  8. FEEDBACK: We love to hear how you found the order process & your print, please tell us how we did (a link will be sent with your invoice email).
